How often to clean, what to watch for, and why it matters in the desert
Arizona's climate is tough on homes and outdoor surfaces. Dust storms, hard water, intense UV, and monsoon season create cleaning challenges you won't find anywhere else. Here's what we've learned doing this work in the Valley β and how to keep your property in good shape year-round.

If you park a leaking vehicle, address oil stains as quickly as possible β pre-treating early makes a significant difference in results.

The most common RV generator problem we see is generators that sat unused for months or years. Fuel goes stale, carburetors gum up, and batteries drain. The single best thing you can do is run your generator under load for 30β60 minutes at least once a month β even if you're not going anywhere. This keeps the fuel moving, lubricates internal components, and exercises the battery. For full service (oil change, filters, plugs), follow your manufacturer's schedule β typically every 100β150 hours of use or once a year.
