Starting prices for common services
House Exterior Wash
Single-story homes start at $200 and two-story homes start at $275. Final pricing depends on size, condition and access
Driveway & Concrete Cleaning
A standard two-car driveway starts at $150. Larger driveways, sidewalks and additional concrete are priced by the amount you want cleaned and its condition
Patio & Outdoor Area Cleaning
Patio flatwork is measured by size and condition. Furniture, pergolas, sunshades and similar outdoor features can be quoted as add-ons
Window Cleaning
Standard windows are generally $6–$10 each. Final pricing depends on window size, quantity, access and whether hard-water treatment is needed
RV Exterior Wash
RV washes start at $135 for units under 20 feet, $180 for 20–30 feet and $225 for units over 30 feet
RV Generator Service
Diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair with parts billed at cost
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning is priced at $1.50 per linear foot. Heavy buildup or difficult access can affect the final quote
Solar Panel Cleaning
Final price may vary for two-story homes, steep roof pitches or unusually heavy buildup
Trash Bin Cleaning
$12 each for 3+ bins; $75 bin-only minimum
Two ways to get a quote
In-Person Quote
This is the most accurate option. We can come by, measure the work, take a closer look at the area and give you a free quote before you schedule
Remote Photo Estimate
For many jobs, clear photos plus the address and a description are enough for a convenient estimate. If the job turns out to be different from what we could see in the photos, we will talk with you before changing the price
Why a trip charge may apply
Fuel, travel time and equipment operating costs are all factored into our trip charges. For locations farther from our home base, a trip charge may apply to help cover the additional cost of travel and equipment use.
When applicable, trip charges start at $25. We keep them as low as practical and include them with your quote before scheduling, so there are no surprises.
Simple payment options
We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards. Card payments and electronic transactions are securely processed through Square.
Whatever payment method you choose, we provide an itemized invoice so you can clearly see what you’re paying for. Payment details can also be confirmed before your appointment.

Discounts are available for military members, first responders, educators, and several other qualifying groups. Ask about available discounts when requesting your quote, and we’ll make sure any applicable discount is included before you schedule.
