Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — free, no-obligation quotes. The fastest way to get an accurate estimate is to text us photos of what you need cleaned. We can typically turn around a quote same day, often within the hour. If you'd prefer, we're happy to walk through pricing over the phone as well.
How long does a typical job take?
Most jobs are completed in 2 to 2.5 hours. Larger or more complex projects may take more time. We work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Do I need to be home for the service?
Not always. As long as we can access the areas being cleaned and confirm details up front, we can often complete the service while you're away.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses higher pressure for durable surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with cleaning solutions for siding and other delicate surfaces to prevent damage.
Do you provide your own water and equipment?
Yes! We bring all necessary equipment and supplies. The only thing we need from you is access to a water connection (outdoor hose bib/spigot). If you don't have a water source available, let us know - we can usually work out a plan.
How much water does pressure washing use (and what will it cost me)?
Pressure washing typically uses less water than most people expect because the flow rate is controlled (measured in GPM) and the cleaning is efficient. Water cost varies by city and usage rates, but for many standard residential jobs the water cost is usually low. If you have concerns, ask us and we'll estimate roughly how long the wash will run and what that means for water use.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Absolutely! Hard water staining is extremely common in Arizona, and we have the right equipment and solutions to effectively remove those stubborn mineral deposits from windows, siding, and other exterior surfaces.
What service areas do you cover?
We serve the entire Greater Phoenix Metro Area, including Surprise, Wittmann, El Mirage, Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Peoria, Glendale, Buckeye, Verrado, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Laveen, Tolleson, Youngtown, Phoenix, Anthem, New River, Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Maricopa, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, and more. If your location isn't listed, text us at (602) 551-6704 to confirm! A fuel/travel surcharge may apply for locations farther from Surprise, AZ.
What does an RV exterior wash include?
Our RV exterior wash includes a full shampoo and rinse of the exterior, window cleaning, and accessible roof rinsing. We use the right pressure and techniques to safely clean fiberglass, painted surfaces, and rubber roofs without causing damage. Pricing starts at $135 — text us your RV's length and condition for an accurate quote.
Do you offer RV generator repair?
Yes! This is a newer service we're proud to offer. Our owner spent 15 years in the Air Force working on generators and heavy diesel equipment — and now brings that expertise to the civilian market. We handle diagnostics, troubleshooting, no-start issues, component replacement, wiring, and general repairs on most RV generators. We can't do full engine rebuilds, but for the vast majority of generator problems, we can diagnose and fix it. Pricing is $95/hr with parts billed at cost. For servicing that requires specific filters or parts (oil changes, tune-ups), we may need a few days of lead time to source the right parts for your generator model.
What types of RV generators do you work on?
We work on most common RV generator brands and models, including Onan, Generac, Kohler, and others. Whether it's a gas, LP, or diesel generator, give us a call or text and we'll let you know if we can help. We focus on diagnostics, component repair, and replacement — not full rebuilds. Most no-start issues, electrical faults, fuel system problems, and mechanical repairs are well within our wheelhouse.
