How long does a typical job take?

Most jobs are completed in 1 to 1.5 hours. Though if your project is larger, it will take more time. We work efficiently without sacrificing quality, so you can get back to enjoying your clean home quickly.
Do you provide your own water and equipment?

Yes! We bring all necessary equipment and supplies. The only thing we will need from you is a water connection for our hose.

No, you don't need to be home! As long as we have the accurate address, access to the
areas that need cleaning, and know where your water hookup is located, we can complete
the job while you're away. Just let us know these details when scheduling, and we'll
take care of everything.
How much water do you use, and what will it cost me?

Our residential equipment uses
1.5-2.5 gallons per minute (GPM), which is
much more efficient than commercial units. For a typical job taking 1-1.5 hours, we use
approximately
90-225 gallons of water, with most jobs averaging around
150-180 gallons.
Cost to you: In the Surprise area, residential water rates typically
run $4-7 per 1,000 gallons. This means a typical cleaning job costs you about
$1-2 in water—a minimal expense for a dramatically cleaner property!
