I had a transmission oil stain on asphalt, which I know is tough to deal with, and he took the time to do it right. Even came out the day before to pre-treat it. What stood out most was the thoroughness — he spent more time than I expected making sure the result came out right, and it shows. The asphalt looked significantly better after it dried.
