I had a transmission oil stain on asphalt, which I know is tough to deal with, and he took the time to do it right. Even came out the day before to pre-treat it. What stood out most was the thoroughness — he spent more time than I expected making sure the result came out right, and it shows. The asphalt looked significantly better after it dried. Highly recommend if you want someone who actually cares about the quality of the work."
