Standard window pricing ranges from $6–$8 for first-story windows and $8–$10 for second-story windows, depending on size. Hard-water removal is priced separately because mineral buildup often needs extra treatment.

Is hard-water removal included in normal window cleaning?
Light spotting may come off during normal cleaning, but heavier mineral buildup usually needs a separate hard-water treatment. We will point that out before doing any extra work.
Can old hard-water stains always be removed?
Not always. Mineral deposits can eventually etch glass. We can often improve or remove buildup, but severely etched glass may not return to a perfect clear finish.
Do you offer exterior-only window cleaning?
Yes. Exterior-only work can be quoted separately when that is all you need.
Do you clean screens?
Screen cleaning can be included. Let us know whether you want screens included when requesting the quote.
Can you clean pool gate glass?
Yes. Pool glass and gate panels are common hard-water problem areas in Arizona and can be included with your window and glass cleaning quote.
